With the filing deadline behind us, the picture is finally getting clearer for November’s Hardyston BOE race.
The certified slate is still pending, but several names have surfaced - and one group is clearly trying to run a visible, public campaign.
Running together under the name “Derych, Dick & Stoll for Hardyston BOE,” the trio of Jaclyn Derych, Julia Dick, and Kelly Stoll has launched a public campaign to bring fresh leadership to the district.
We’re not doing endorsements yet. There’s time for that. But it is refreshing to see candidates step forward openly instead of hiding behind anonymous posts and whisper campaigns.
At a time when voters are asking whether we have the right people stepping up to lead, this slate at least offers a reason to stay optimistic.
